We want to thank Les and Jesse and the service department for helping us in an emergency situation. We called about a serious issue with our vehicle that needed to be addressed asap. I brought my old jeep wrangler in for some recall work (via an appointment I scheduled a week or two prior) and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. When checking in, I explained that my horn did not work and that changing out the fuses did not fix this issue so I asked if that could be looked at. I was informed of the 225$ diagnostic fee (which would be refunded should I elect to pay for the identified repair) and agreed to that charge. During the course of the recall work, which entailed some revisions to the front air bags, it was discovered that my horn wasn't working due to some corrosion on the switch contacts. When I picked the jeep up (it was ready the day after drop off), I was happy to discover that I was not charged a diagnostic fee- presumably because the horn issue had been discovered during the course of the recall work. Les, the service representative who served me throughout this process, was attentive, honest, and personable. He kept in touch via text message as needed and answered all of the questions I had along the way. Long story short, I've always been skeptical of dealerships overwriting their service and/or taking advantage of folks, so I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I will definitely consider JT's for future service needs and may visit them the next time I decide to buy a vehicle. Thanks, Les!
