Jay was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed or pressured during the test drive. When we got to the numbers, Nadien stepped in to finalize the deal, and she was completely transparent, fair, and straightforward with the pricing—no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. They both worked together to make the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free. If you are shopping here, ask for Jay! He is absolutely wonderful! David the finance manager was also great! Had a great experience at JT’s today! The staff, overall, is extremely accommodating. We had talked through a deal, with a trade-in, over the phone. My sales expert was Payton, who went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer all of my questions. Payton was extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant to deal with. I left the dealership with a super sexy Ram 1500 with the Hurricane V6. I left completely satisfied, and being in sales by myself, I know that that’s hard to do. Payton made my deal, stuck to his word, and I can’t recommend JT‘s, and his staff more. I don’t want to leave out Chuck C at the closing table, who was fantastic as well!

I recently had issues with my Jeep that I purchased from Dodgeland in October 2025. The issue had to do with a Chrysler part and Maria Harrington (the manager) and (Shaun Cody) one of their technicians really went above and beyond to help me get my jeep fixed and made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy for me and I can not say enough nice things about JTs and their employees!
